The project of Branch 8 of PKO Bank Polski, realized in Warsaw's Norblin Factory, is another outlet created under the PKO Koncept project. 

PKO Koncept is the bank's new approach to its branch network, and is characterized by an individual design that refers to local traditions. In this case, the interior design inspired by the history of one of the largest industrial enterprises of the former Kingdom of Poland. Norblin Factory is a place with a long tradition, which today is a symbol of modernity. 
The new branch office, located on level 0, is adjacent to restaurants, stores, an ecological bazaar, offices, a cinema and a museum. 

The PKO Koncept branch in the Norblin Factory was planned to meet all customer needs in one place: advice, sales, education and support in the use of remote channels.

The individual design of the branch and the unusual arrangement of the space provide discretion and comfort of service in a modern way. Branch 8 of PKO Bank Polski provides flexible service tailored to customer needs. The branch has both meeting rooms and space for shorter conversations: an area with comfortable chairs, a high table with chairs. Checkout desks are also available. The unique character of the place and its connection to history is also emphasized by access to modern technological solutions, a hologram was installed in the branch, which displays elements related to the bank's identification.

To emphasize the uniqueness and modernity of this place, the space of the branch is complemented by works of art from the bank's rich collections.This is undoubtedly an interesting asset of the facility. 

The materials used for the project directly relate to the history of the branch location. Modern and ecological solutions combined with greenery and carefully selected furnishings and works of art create a calm, comfortable space where both customers and bank employees feel good. The whole is a unique combination of tradition and modernity.
