Beiersdorf Office in Varso Tower – Subtlety and Elegance with a View of Warsaw’s Skyline

Beiersdorf’s first Warsaw office, established by the world-renowned company known for creating high-quality cosmetics, is located in a prestigious setting – on the 37th floor of Varso Tower. This unique space of just under 300 m² offers an impressive view of the city’s panorama. The main concept behind the design was to create an interior that reflects Beiersdorf’s character as a company dedicated to skin care – delicate, natural, and mindful. The office’s color palette is based on pastels and soft shades: the brand’s signature blue, subtle beiges, whites, and coral accents – hues evoking associations with nature and care. From the elevator lobby, attention is drawn to a specially designed display case showcasing the brand’s flagship products, immersing guests and employees in the world of Beiersdorf.

Nivea

The space was designed with diverse work needs in mind. It features meeting rooms with the option of being combined, an intimate open space, as well as zones supporting individual work – soft armchairs adapted for laptop use and a high table placed by the window, allowing work with an inspiring view in the background. A sense of coziness is added by the rounded details of the furniture, carefully selected greenery, and a soft, soothing color palette that responds to contemporary needs for offices that feel more homelike and welcoming.

Local accents were not forgotten either. The space features the characteristic Warsaw floor tiles known as “gorseciki” (small V-shaped tiles arranged in a corset-like pattern), while graphic designers from Kolektyw created a custom artwork with a map of Poland and the capital’s symbol – the Warsaw Mermaid – highlighting the brand’s connection with its new location on Poland’s map. The collaboration with the investor took place in an exceptionally positive atmosphere and was a true pleasure.
